- No Cancellations/Modifications: No cancellation or modification (such as address or product changes) can be made once the order is placed, as items are immediately sent to print on demand.
- Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect order or address information provided at checkout.
- Damaged or Wrong Products: Returns are accepted strictly for damaged or wrong products within 2 days of delivery. To process this, please provide valid proof including an unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
